It All Started in the Lush Tropics of Northern Thailand

Born in Loei Province of Northern Thailand Lek Ratanavong spent many years under the tutelage of her grandmother perfecting the essence of Thai Cuisine. Upon reaching the US, Lek spent over 20 year in the restaurant industry, developing her skills and perfecting her homemade recipes. In 2005, Asian Fusion Café was opened in Palmetto Bay and has been at the forefront of Asian Cuisine and experienced excellent reviews for it's unique blend of Asian Dishes.

The name Asian Fusion is defined by our ability to bring you the Best of Asia. Our dishes include the best from Thailand, Japan, Vietnam and Korea. All of our dishes are cooked to order, fresh. We take pride in providing you with the best possible food and service in South Florida.

Steven Wilkinson

Steven is a native of Miami. Having grown up in South Miami, where he attended Miami Southridge Senior High(Class of 83). Steven is responsible for our overall Marketing and Operations. Bringing over twenty five years of business entrepreneur experience to the company, Mr. Wilkinson started his career in the Telecommunication Industry where he served as Owner of company International Cellular Telephone and being a Director of Lets Talk Wireless and Brightstar Corporation. Mr. Wilkinson attended Missouri State University.

Lek Ratanvong
Owner/Chef

Born in Loei Province, Thailand. Lek began her career in Virginia and then moved her family to Miami where she began her training in the restaurant industry. Working with several well known Asian restaurants, Lek brings over 25 years of restaurant experience to Asian Fusion Café. Lek is responsible for the restaurant operations. Apart from her management skills she is a skilled chef, in fact most of our recipes are Leks. We are honored to have her.

Pisanu Pasuk (Uncle)
Chef

We are honored to have on board Mr. Pasuk. With over 25 years of restaurant experience. Mr. Pasuk brings the true essence of Asian cooking. Having served with several well known Asian restaurants in Miami, such as Siam Lotus, Sea Siam. Mr. Pasuk brings the best cuisine dishes from Thailand, Korea, Vietnam and Japan to Asian Fusion Café.

David Ratanvong
Operations

David has been with the company since its inception. David is currently attending Miami Dade College where he is majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Management. David is an apprentice of his mother Lek. His responsibilities include front and back room operations. His unique gift in hospitality allows him to be a focal point of our company.
